DIE MATCHING STAMP INSTRUCTIONS

Dec 12

While you can just line up your Purple Daisy Design die (or any die for that matter), over your stamped image, our dies are designed to hug the edges of your stamp very closely.

Here’s how we match up our stamp matching dies to our rubber stamps.

Step 1: Using scrap card stock (we used red), die cut the stamp matching die with your Cuttlebug, Big shot, etc…

Discard the cut image (left) and KEEP the frame template (picture on right)

Stamp the rubber stamped image on your desired colored cardstock (we used white for our snowman).

Carefully line up the cut out image (template) over the stamped image. Then tape the template down (red outline) to keep the template from moving.  Now when you put your die over your image, the die will “nest” into place perfectly. Run this through your die cut machine.

You are now left with a perfect cut out of your die…as well as a new “template” to be used the next time you want to cut another image.

We hoped this tutorial helped you in some fashion.  If you have any further questions, please call or text, or email us.  We would love to hear from you.
